Bloom Blend

Our seasonal Bloom blend tastes like the feeling of the first warm breeze, the sound of birds chirping in the morning, the smell of flowers in the air, and the way the sun looks when it’s filtering through the leaves on the trees.

Notes of refreshing, citrusy grapefruit come through on the front end, and as you sip, the cup reveals more complex floral notes, and ends with a finish that reminds us of golden hour in the springtime - bright, warm, and comforting.

This coffee is a blend of natural-processed heirloom Ethiopia varieties, which bring the citrusy brightness, and washed-processed Colombia which bring us the tropical floral side. Bringing them together creates a harmony of “springy” flavors and reminds us that winter is not, in fact, forever.
