Each shipment is thoughtfully curated by our roasting team, rotating between our staple offerings and limited, small-lot coffees that are otherwise unavailable on subscription. It’s a balance of familiarity and discovery: the comfort of a proven favorite, paired with something new that caught our attention on the cupping table.
