Most of the world treats December 25 as the end of Christmas, but in reality, the celebration has only just begun. The Twelve Days of Christmas begin on December 25, inviting us to linger a little longer, savor what we’ve spent weeks preparing for, and make room for the beauty and joy of the season.

The 12 Coffees of Christmas was created with that spirit in mind: a collection of twelve exceptional coffees from around the world, thoughtfully sourced from remarkable farms and producers and freshly roasted by Karol Coffee Co. in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Inside, you’ll discover twelve individually packaged coffees, each featuring 44 grams of freshly roasted coffee—enough to brew two pour-overs. From vibrant fruit and delicate florals to rich sweetness and unexpected complexity, every coffee offers something new to discover. Brew a cup for yourself and another for someone you love, and enjoy the simple pleasure of discovering something remarkable together.

We’ve gathered some truly special coffees for this collection, and only 190 boxes of the 12 Coffees of Christmas will be available. Pre-orders open Friday, November 6, at an introductory price of $100, which continues through Small Business Saturday, November 28. Beginning Sunday, November 29, the price increases to $120, while supplies last.
