Grown, harvested, and processed in Grecia, in the West Valley of Costa Rica, by a small coffee micromill called Cerro San Luis, this coffee is honey-processed in a cooler, high-altitude climate. The resulting flavor is complex, slightly sweet and with medium acidity. You can look for notes of pecan, blackberry, and honey.
