Triptych, a tripartite work of art and espresso workhorse. If you've been to our shop and ordered anything with espresso, you've tried our flagship espresso blend - Triptych. It was built with espresso in mind, but it's versatile enough for drip too! It's a blend of three origins—Colombia, Peru, and Ethiopia—each contributing something essential to the cup. The Peruvian component, roasted slightly darker, provides body, chocolate, and caramelized sweetness, while the lighter-roasted Colombian and Ethiopian coffees bring acidity, fruit, and floral notes. The result is a cup that's sweet, layered, and structured, with tasting notes of maple, blueberry, and caramel apple.
